Debre Markos University Strategic Plan 2015/16 - 2019/20
Debre Markos University has completed a five year strategic plan in 2014/15. The plan was prepared in balanced scorecard (BSC) format cascading the first Growth and Transformation Plan of the country. As the previous strategic plan time frame was completed, the university required to prepare a new strategic plan for next five years (2014/15- 2019/20) in line with the second Growth and Transformation Plan of the country.
To do so, a strategic plan preparation team was established and training has been given to the team on how to prepare a strategic plan using BSC format.
