It commits itself to form an interwoven network of interaction between the University and its former graduates and among the Graduates themselves. Debre Markos University has a strong belief that its graduates are potential assets and can have enormous contributions to its success if they are mobilized and kept connected.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Vision <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure established effective and sustainable medium of communications and the involvement of alumni for the aspired advancement and glory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Mission <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To foster a lifelong intellectual and emotional connection between the university and its graduates and to provide the university with good will and support.<\/li>\n<li>To create, develop, maintain and strengthen a lifelong link and partnership between Debre Markos University and its graduates, as well as the broader community.<\/li>\n<li>To support and meet the interests of the university, its alumni, and its current and future students through the development of mutually beneficial relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ARE YOU A MEMBER OF DEBRE MARKOS UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION\/ AMBASSADORS (DMUAA) YET?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives of Debre Markos University Alumni Association <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To strengthen the relationship between Debre Markos University Alumni Association with former and current students.<\/li>\n<li>To allow graduates to foster international and multicultural experience that is worthy to the members of the alumni community.<\/li>\n<li>To create a strong bond between graduates and employers on the point of recruitment.<\/li>\n<li>To encourage friendship among graduates, students and staff member for the development and wellbeing of educative community.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain lifelong historical records of the university and its graduates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCTION Public &amp; international relations Directorate at Debre Markos University (DMU) aims at establishing a robust link between Debre Markos University and its former Graduates.
