The Strategic Affairs Executive is responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating the university\u2019s overall performance. Which was previously known as the Planning \u00a0Preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, the Strategic Affairs Executive has two working groups, namely Planning and Budget Preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Monitoring, Resource Acquisition and Partnership<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Facilitate and involve in the development of financial and physical strategic and operational plans.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate the implementation process and suggest ways of correcting deviations.<\/li>\n<li>Track the university\u2019s progress towards its strategic goals, conducting regular reviews and evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Developing the budget plan jointly with the budget team<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit regular reports to all concerned bodies<\/li>\n<li>Establish a system for partner relations, resource mobilization and project management.<\/li>\n<li>Make the collaboration with development partners effective<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate public-private partnership activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Name: Aklilu Getachew Desalegn Strategic Affairs Executive Institutional email:&#8211; aklilu_getachew@dmu.edu.et \u00a0Phone No. \u00a0\u00a0+251913617451 About The Office The Strategic Affairs Executive is accountable to the University President office.
