The Institutional Transformation Directorate leads the university\u2019s continuous improvement and long-term institutional excellence. Our mandate is to strengthen the university\u2019s systems, structures, leadership, strategy and performance so that the institution is consistently capable of delivering high-quality education, research, and community engagement.<\/p>\n
What We Do<\/strong><\/p>\n We design and deliver programs that build the skills, mindset, and capabilities of academic, administrative, and managerial staff. Our goal is to ensure the university operates with competence, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.<\/p>\n We review, refine, and modernize the university\u2019s organizational structures, workflows, and governance systems. This includes aligning units, clarifying roles, and ensuring that the institution is agile, coherent, and strategically positioned.<\/p>\n We support the development, revision, and monitoring of the university\u2019s strategic plan. This includes integrating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing performance reports, and guiding directorates and colleges to align their plans with university priorities. Moreover, we coordinate the performance contract agreement between the MoE and the University, cascade the KPIs to vice presidents, colleges, directorates, and campuses, and collect performance reports periodically.<\/p>\n We coordinate the recruitment, screening, and placement of middle and lower-level academic leaders. We ensure the right people take the right roles.<\/p>\n We promote organizational reforms of our own and those mandated by the MoE to enhance accountability, service quality, and operational excellence. This includes spearheading change initiatives, modernizing management practices, and ensuring the university remains dynamic and forward-looking.<\/p>\n Our Commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n The Institutional Transformation Directorate exists to make the university stronger every year\u2014structurally, strategically, and operationally.
