It works in the areas of <strong>training, consultancy, STEM education, and community-based development projects<\/strong> to support local and national development priorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Directorate delivers <strong>capacity-building trainings<\/strong> based on community needs across sectors such as education, health, agriculture, technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship. It also provides <strong>consultancy services<\/strong> by mobilizing university expertise to offer evidence-based solutions and technical support to government institutions, NGOs, and community organizations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, the Directorate promotes <strong>STEM education and innovation<\/strong> to enhance digital skills and problem-solving capacity.
