The event was attended by senior university leaders, members of the Senate, the university community, and the families of graduating students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 2,184 students graduated, comprising 1,617 males and 267 females, across various fields of study, including first, second, and third-degree programs. The ceremony began with a welcome speech and a brief report on the fiscal year by the university\u2019s President, Dr. Sayih Kassaw. Following this, a message from the President of the Students\u2019 Union was delivered by student Getasew Kebede.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Hadis Alemayehu Cultural Group added a vibrant touch to the ceremony by performing traditional songs for the graduating students. After the students took their oath, certificates were awarded to those who ranked first to third in both regular and evening programs across colleges, institutions, and schools. Medals were also presented to the top three students in the regular program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Among the graduating students, Fasika Fentahun emerged as the top female student with a remarkable score of 3.98, while Dereje Worke achieved the highest score among male students with a perfect 4.
