Research, Publication, Ethics, and Dissemination Directorate is in charge of organizing, overseeing, and encouraging excellent research and knowledge exchange inside the organization is the. Its primary responsibility is to guarantee that all research endeavors are conducted in a way that is ethical, scientifically sound, well recorded, and effectively conveyed to pertinent stakeholders. The directorate is in charge of creating and carrying out institutional research priorities, policies, and guidelines. Throughout the entire study lifecycle from proposal creation and approval to implementation, analysis, and reporting, it offers researchers technical advice and assistance. The administration of research ethics, which includes reviewing and approving study protocols, keeping an eye on adherence to ethical norms, and protecting the rights, safety, and anonymity of research participants, is one of the directorate’s primary responsibilities.
The directorate oversees the creation, evaluation, and approval of research outputs, including journals, policy briefs, technical reports, and other academic and non-academic publications.
To guarantee credibility and conformity with institutional and global norms, it encourages research integrity, authorship standards quality assurance.
Ensuring that research findings are available and utilized for practice, policy development, and decision-making is the main goal of the dissemination function. This includes administering institutional repositories and communication platforms, planning conferences, seminars, workshops, and stakeholder forums, and assisting with the translation and adoption of information. Through these positions, the directorate increases institutional visibility, improves evidence-based decision-making, and advances social development through morally sound and significant research.
