ACADEMIC PROGRAMS AND STAFFS

• The student population in all the programs (regular, summer and extension) increased to 29,619 in 2016 academic year.
• Graduate and undergraduate programs: Both regular and continuing education divisions
  • Seven Colleges, Two schools and One Institute with 42 departments in Undergraduate program and 23 Graduate Programs.
• The University held discussion on nine designed curriculum at the end of 2012 to start post graduate Program. But this time the programs reached 23.
• Accommodated 12,410 undergraduate and 339 graduate regular students in 2015/6 academic year.
• Designed and practiced Institutional Quality Assurance. Following this research was conducted on the application of modularization.
• Undertaking a staff development program on short and long term basis.
