አስተዳደርና ተማሪዎች ጉዳይ ም/ፕሬዚዳንት

የዚህ ዘርፍ ዋና አላማው የዩኒቨርሲቲው ዋና ተልዕኮ ሁነው የተቀመጡትን የመማር- ማስተማር የምርምርና የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ስራዎች የተሳኩ እንዲሆኑ ለማድረግ በሚደረገው የስራ ርብርብ የሚፈለገውን ቁሳቁስና የሰው ሃይል በማሟላት ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ ምቹ የስራ ቦታ መፍጠር ነው፡፡ የስራ መርሁም የቡድን አመራር ሂደትን በመከተል በመተባበር ስራዎችን መስራት ነዉ።

ይህ ዘርፍ የሰራተኞችን  የመፈፀም አቅም በስልጠናና በትምህርት እንዲጨምር በማድረግና ስራዎች በቴክኖሎጂ እንዲታገዙ በማድረግ የበለጠ ውጤታማ ለመሆን ትኩረት አድርጎ እየሰራ ይገኛል፡፡

በዚህ የስራ ዘርፍ ስር የስራ ሁኔታው ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ በአይነትም ሆነ በመጠን እየሰፋ የመጣ በመሆኑ ስራውን የሚሰሩ ሰራተኞች በዚያው ልክ ባላቸው የትምህርትና የስራ ልምድ አይነት እንዲሁም የሰራተኞች ቁጥር እየጨመረ መጥቷል፡፡

በመሆኑም በዘርፍ ስር ከዚህ በታች በተዘረዘሩት ስድስት ዳይሬክቶሬት እና በአንድ የጉዳይ ማስፈፀሚያ አስተባባሪ አማካኝነት የሚመሩ የስራ ክፍሎች ያሉ ሲሆን እነዚህ የስራ ክፍሎች ደግሞ በአንድ ም/ፕሬዚዳንትና በአንድ ኤክስክዮቲቭ ዳይሬክተር እየተመሩ ይገኛሉ፡፡

1. የተማሪዎች አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት
2. የሰው ሃብት አስ/ዳይሬክቶሬት
3. የግቢ ፀጥታና ደህንነት ዳይሬክቶሬት
4. የን/ጠ/አገ/ዳይሬክቶሬት
5. የግዥ አስ/ዳይሬክቶሬት
6. የፋይ/በጀት አስ/ዳይሬክቶሬት
7. የአ/አበባ ጉዳይ አስፈፃሚ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት

ዘርፍ ከላይ የተዘረዘሩት የስራ ክፍሎችን በማስተባበር በዕቅድ እንዲመሩ በማድረግ ስራዎች በየጊዜው እየተገመገሙ እንዲከናወኑ አያደረገ ይገኛል፡፡

Administration and Students’ Affaires Vice President Office

The aim of this unit is to support the successful accomplishment of the missions of the university such as: teaching- Learning, research and community service. The unit is led by a principle of team leading. It instills cooperative work and tries to situate technology assisted work process. In addition staffs are encouraged to update and upgrade themselves through short and long term training to be competent and effective in their work.

The unit is playing great role in fulfilling human, material and financial resources. It also always strives to maintain the safety and conducive working environment for the university community members.

 Since the establishment of the university, the scope of the work, in its type and volume, is becoming increased from time to time. Accordingly the number of personnel and the type in their educational qualification and work experience are also increased.

Currently, under the unit, there are six directorate offices and one liaison office.

1. Directorate of students service
2. Directorate of human resource management
3. Directorate of safety and security guard
4. Directorate of general service and property management
5. Directorate of procurement management
6. Directorate of finance and budget management, and
7. liaison office

Each directorate and liaison office plans its work and the work is followed, coordinated and led by one vice president and one executive director.
