4. Transfer student

As a new transfer student, one should fulfill the following:

• He/she has to stay at least one semester in his/her mother university
• He/she has to have convincing reasons for his/her transfer request
• He/she must not withdrew from the university
• He/she has no discipline problem, ”NG”, “I”, “F”, and his/her “CGPA” must be >=2:00
• He/she has to come to the transferred university with the necessary letter, educational and cost sharing documents.
• The transfer must be completed before 10 days of the actual registration dates of the university which is specified in the calendar of the university
